Publications

This page contains original documents and links to documents about using WAMMI as a web analytics tool. These include conference papers, white papers, research reports and discussion papers.

There have been a number of studies conducted on using WAMMI, the results of which have been presented at various conferences prior to 2004.

Conclusions from these studies were:

  • In general, WAMMI results correlate well with both user-based usability assessment and expert-based heuristic evaluation data.

  • Including WAMMI in the test re-design loop improves the usability of your website.

  • Websites developed with substantial human factors input show higher WAMMI profiles than websites that have not.

The links on this page give you the full text of these publications.

If you have written a paper on research involving WAMMI, please contact Jurek Kirakowski about including it or a link to it on this page.
